By accessing this website (baf.ficci.in), creating an account, or submitting an entry, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and the full Rules & Eligibility. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit an entry.

Participation is subject to the eligibility criteria and competition tracks set out on the Rules & Eligibility page, including the eligibility window (1 April 2025 – 31 March 2026) and category-specific requirements. Where a category-specific requirement differs from the general rules, the category-specific requirement prevails.

• You must provide true, complete and accurate information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it.
• One organisation or individual must be designated as the Primary Applicant and official point of contact for a submission.

• All entries must be submitted through the official online Entry System within the published deadlines; incomplete or late entries may be disqualified.
• A separate entry form is required for each submission; a single project may be entered in multiple categories where eligible.
• Entries must be submitted in their original state and in the formats prescribed for the category. Detected alterations may lead to disqualification.
• You must hold all rights, or have obtained all permissions, necessary to submit the work.

• Entry fees are Rs. 1,000 (student categories) or Rs. 3,000 (all other categories) plus applicable GST for Indian entrants, and USD 100 for international entrants.
• Fees are payable per entry through an external payment gateway and are non-refundable, including where an entry is disqualified or withdrawn.
• You are responsible for providing accurate billing and GST details for invoicing.

You retain full ownership of the intellectual property in your submission. By entering, you grant FICCI a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to use approved excerpts, stills, posters, trailers, credits and descriptive information solely to promote and administer the FICCI BAF Awards and associated activities (screenings, website, social media, press, catalogues and archives). Where promotional restrictions apply, you must notify the Organizing Committee in writing at the time of submission.

The organising committee may reject or disqualify any submission that:

• Contains hateful, discriminatory, defamatory, exploitative or unlawful content.
• Violates applicable copyright or intellectual property laws.
• Includes false, misleading or intentionally inaccurate information.
• Attempts to influence, interfere with or manipulate the judging, nomination or awards process.

FICCI reserves the right to disqualify any entry or entrant that breaches these terms, the rules, or the declaration made at submission, or that provides falsified information. Any decision relating to disqualification is final and binding.

• The jury's decision on the awards, and the organisers' decision on the conduct of the awards, are final and binding.
• The awards operate according to the published event document; FICCI may resolve matters not addressed therein.
• These terms are governed by Indian law, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.

FICCI is not responsible for delayed, illegible or incomplete entries, inaccessible links, corrupted files, expired permissions, or delays and failures arising from technical or third-party service providers. The site is provided on an “as available” basis.

FICCI may modify these terms or the awards at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
