Payment is managed via our external payment agency. The entry portal handshakes with the agency's API using standard webhook signatures. No card details or financial information is processed or stored on our servers.
All application fees are non-refundable. Separate fees apply for each category entry, even if submitted under the same project title. Drafts are not charged and can be resumed/paid at any point before the submission deadline.
