Follow this guide to prepare your assets, name folders correctly, and submit entries via the online portal.
Register on the official portal (https://baf.ficci.in) using your company or individual email. Complete your profile by specifying if you are an Individual or Studio/Organisation.
Select your competition track and categories from the dashboard. Remember, a single game can enter up to 3 categories, and you can submit multiple distinct projects.
Provide streaming links (Vimeo preferred with password if private; unlisted YouTube is accepted) and put all supporting documents in a single Google Drive folder.
Review your payment summary in the portal and execute online transaction. INR payments attract 18% GST. International entries pay a flat $100 USD.
Accept the digital declaration form at the final step, adding your representative details, designations, and signatures. Once signed, the entry is locked for jury review.
Poorly organized or incorrectly named folders may affect evaluation and shortlisting. When sharing Google Drive or Dropbox links, name your folder exactly as:
Provide high-quality streams. Use Vimeo (preferred) or YouTube. Ensure permissions are set to 'unlisted' or provide access passwords in the submission fields. Do not delete or expire these streams before the end of October 2026.
Comics and Graphic Novels must be submitted as a single compiled PDF file. Ensure writing, illustration, lettering, and coloring are easily readable.
For gaming submissions, provide a cloud download link (Google Drive, Dropbox) set to 'anyone with the link can download'. Android or iOS apps can provide TestFlight access or Google Play test codes. Include 10 promo codes if the build is paid.
All non-English video or comic projects must carry accurate English subtitles. The only category exempt from mandatory subtitles is Animated Advertising / Promotional Film.
Once you have named your folders and gathered your links, register or login below to enter the portal.
